Our Team...Drivers, Call Takers, Dispatch, & Accounting

Service is our number one priority.  At Reynolds Towing Service, Inc., we guarantee a fast and courteous response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Our dispatchers, who are supported by our top of the line computer and communications equipment, will make sure an appropriate tow truck and uniformed driver from our well-maintained fleet will arrive where you need it, when you need it.

Our office team consists of dispatchers, accounting, call takers and office management.  Our driving team consists  if  a day team, evening team and a supervisor for each.  We have experienced personal that has been extensively trained to provide the best customer service possible to our customers.  We pride ourselves on being attentive to their needs and knowledgeable in the services we provide to the motoring public.

Gregory S. Reynolds, Owner & Susan R. Jepsen, CFO

Greg began Reynolds Towing Service, Inc. in August of 1980.  He began with one man and one truck and has grown to a fleet of 50 vehicles and almost 30 employees.  Greg has lived in Urbana, IL all of his life.  He is involved in the day to day management of the towing business as well as jumping in a truck large or small when needed.  He enjoys being able to give back to the community which has supported his business for so many years.  In addition to the towing business he is also proud to be part owner of the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon.

Susan, Greg’s sister joined Reynolds Towing Service, Inc in August of 1999 as Chief Financial Officer.  Her role includes finance, marketing, human resources and management.  She has enjoyed helping Greg grow his business over the past 12 years they have worked together.  Susan is a board member of Professional Towing and Recovery of Illinois, Central Illinois Rental Property Professionals, Operation Cool and member of Champaign West Rotary.

Community involvement for both Greg and Susan has been key to having a successful business.
